  • "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses this website or enrolls in a course or session.
  • "Course" refers to Neural Network Fundamentals, Computer Vision With Open Models, or any other structured learning program offered by Synaptiq.
  • "Session" refers to the Quarterly Open Office Sessions product.
  • "Content" refers to all notebooks, written materials, readings, exercises, and related resources provided as part of a course or session.
  • "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in a course or session, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You have read and agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site or enroll in a course.

3. Service Description

Synaptiq provides online courses and structured sessions covering applied AI development topics. The current offerings are:

  • Neural Network Fundamentals (฿4,400): self-paced course with PyTorch notebooks covering foundational neural network concepts.
  • Computer Vision With Open Models (฿22,000): ten-week structured cohort course with weekly notebooks, evaluation exercises, and a final project. Each cohort is capped at thirty students.
  • Quarterly Open Office Sessions (฿12,500/quarter): moderated two-hour sessions for students with a project or course in progress who want structured feedback.

Course availability is subject to change. We will notify enrolled students of any material changes to ongoing courses.

4. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment begins when payment is confirmed. You will receive access instructions by email to the address provided at the time of enrollment.

  • Access to course materials is for your personal use only and is non-transferable.
  • Cohort course enrollment is subject to available places. If a cohort is full, we will notify you and offer alternatives.
  • For session passes, access is valid for the quarter in which the pass is purchased. Unused sessions within a quarter do not carry over.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the site and course materials for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell course materials or access credentials.
  • Reproduce or publish course content without written permission.
  • Use course materials to develop competing commercial products without a separate agreement.
  • Submit contact form inquiries for purposes unrelated to Synaptiq's courses or services.
  • Attempt to access systems or materials you are not authorized to access.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content — including notebooks, exercises, readings, and supplementary materials — remains the intellectual property of Synaptiq. Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal educational purposes during the enrollment period.

You retain ownership of any work you create independently, including final project reports submitted as part of a course. You grant Synaptiq a limited right to reference anonymized project summaries for illustrative purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Payment and Refunds

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due before access is granted.

Refund policy:

  • Requests for a refund submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than the first notebook or session will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Once a cohort course has begun and notebooks beyond the first have been accessed, refunds are not available.
  • Session passes are non-refundable once the first session in the quarter has been attended.
  • In cases where a course is cancelled by Synaptiq before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.

To submit a refund request, contact [email protected].

8. Academic Integrity

Synaptiq courses are designed for genuine learning. You are expected to complete exercises and final projects independently unless collaboration is explicitly described as part of the course structure. Submitting work that is not your own, or that misrepresents your level of understanding, undermines the purpose of the course and may result in removal from the program without refund.

9. Disclaimers

Course materials and session feedback are provided for educational purposes. Synaptiq does not represent that completing a course will lead to any specific professional outcome, employment, or capability level. The suitability of any approach discussed in course materials for a specific production use case depends on factors that vary by project and environment.

The site and materials are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we take reasonable steps to maintain availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Synaptiq's total liability to any user arising from or related to these terms or the use of our courses and services shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of course materials, including losses related to decisions made based on skills or knowledge developed in a course.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to course materials if you breach these terms — for example, by sharing materials with unauthorized parties or violating the academic integrity clause. In cases of material breach, no refund will be issued.

You may stop using the site at any time. Termination of access does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Synaptiq.
  • Severability: if any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these terms. Synaptiq may assign its rights in connection with a business transfer.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For enrolled students, material changes affecting an active enrollment will be communicated by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the site or course materials after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
