1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in the following ways:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, and optionally a phone number and message. This data is submitted voluntarily when you reach out to us.
- Website analytics: pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device type, and browser, collected through analytics tools. This data is aggregated and not tied to individuals by default.
- Cookies and local storage: small files stored on your device to remember your preferences and support basic site functionality. See Section 5 and our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as national identification numbers, financial information, or health-related data through this site.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information collected through the contact form is used to:
- Respond to your inquiry about courses or open office sessions.
- Send follow-up information you have requested.
- Keep a record of correspondence if you become a student.
Analytics data is used to understand how people navigate the site and to identify areas that could be clearer or more useful. We do not use this data for individual profiling.
We will not send marketing communications unless you have explicitly agreed to receive them. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Under Thai personal data protection law (PDPA, B.E. 2562) and general international practice, we process personal data on the following grounds:
- Consent: when you submit a contact form or accept optional cookies, you are giving us consent to process that data for the stated purpose.
- Legitimate interest: we process website analytics data to maintain and improve the site. This does not override your rights.
- Contractual necessity: if you enroll in a course, we process your contact information to administer that enrollment.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from the date of submission, or longer if an ongoing student relationship exists.
- Analytics data: up to 26 months, in line with standard analytics platform defaults.
- Cookie preferences: stored locally on your device and not transmitted to our servers beyond the initial preference signal.
When retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the site to function, and optional cookies for analytics and preference storage. You can manage these settings at any time through our Cookie Policy page, which includes category-level controls.
Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for basic site operation. Optional cookies are only activated with your consent.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with the following categories of third parties in limited circumstances:
- Analytics providers: anonymized or pseudonymized usage data to understand site performance.
- Email service providers: when responding to inquiries, data may pass through a hosted email platform.
- Legal authorities: if required to do so by applicable Thai law or court order.
We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
